  1. Where is the work done?
  2. What kind of damage can you repair?
  3. Will the restoration hurt my photo even more?
  4. Do I get my original photo back?
  5. How can I tell if my photo can be restored?

1. Where is the work done?
We do all the work right at our studio. Your photos never leave the building. (Some studios will send their restoration work to a main lab in a different state!)

2. What kind of damage can you repair?
We have restored cracked, faded, and even fire-damaged photos, using conventional methods or sophisticated computer imaging. Sadly, not all photos can be restored. The best way to find out if your photo can be restored is to call (414) 476-3777 to schedule an appointment. There is no charge for us to give you a written quote.

3. Will the restoration hurt my photo even more?
We only use the original photo to create a working print. Your original photo will not be treated with chemicals.

4. Do I get my original photo back?
Absolutely! All originals are returned to the owner. We understand that the original photo, no matter how damaged, is still an important part of your life.

5. How can I tell if my photo can be restored?
The only way to know for sure is to let us examine your original photo. We would be happy to look at your photos with you and discuss your options. We do not charge to give you a written quote. Call us at (414) 476-3777 for an appointment. Thank you!
